Click "Make an Offer" in the Creator Insights Window to begin.

2. Setting Offer Details

Once you’ve selected the right creator and clicked the "Make an Offer" button, you'll be directed to the Offer Details Modal to finalize your proposal. Key components include:

• Deal Type: Specify CPA or CPM offers. Creators can opt to accept only certain deal types.

• Campaign CPA Target: Define your desired cost-per-action.

• Payout per Action: Use Panel’s algorithmic recommendations based on first-party data for competitive offers.

• Creatives: Outline video requirements, due dates, view caps, and platform specifications.

Action Step: Ensure your offer details are clear and competitive to maximize the likelihood of acceptance.

3. Reviewing Offer Details

Before submitting, take advantage of the Review Offer Sidebar to double-check your terms:

• Video Details: Confirm the creative requirements.

• Deal Details: Ensure all terms match your campaign’s objectives.

• Credits: Apply available platform credits to your campaign.

• Service Charge: Understand the platform fee associated with your offer.

• Total Cost: Verify the overall budget impact of your offer.

Once all details are accurate, click "Submit" to send your offer to the creator.
