About Panel

Panel is the creator advertising platform defining a new category — one where brands and creators grow together. No flat fees that shortchange creators. No inflated costs that frustrate brands. Just performance-driven partnerships where both sides win, every time.

We combine proprietary technology with hands-on managed services to run performance-based creator programs from end to end. That means sourcing the right creators, building high-converting integrations, handling approvals, managing payouts, and delivering transparent reporting — all through a single platform. Brands get scale without the operational headache. Creators get access to consistent, high-quality earning opportunities without chasing down the next deal.

For creators, that means pre-approved offers ready to integrate into any video on day one, payouts processed multiple times per week, and partnerships designed to perform over time — not just one-off sponsorships. For brands, that means the rigor, control, and accountability of a performance channel with the authenticity only creators can deliver.

Over 5,000 creators and 30+ brands including Morgan & Morgan, DraftKings, and Upside have already found that better way. Millions of new users acquired. 10,000+ videos monetized. And we’re just getting started.

We’re not shaping the creator economy. We’re trailblazing the future of scalable creator-led advertising.

Our mission is simple: fund limitless creativity.

The Role

Panel’s Summer 2026 Social Media Internship is an 8-week, fully remote program (May 18 – July 11) built for rising seniors who want hands-on experience at the intersection of the creator economy and brand marketing. You’ll be placed on one of two tracks — B2B Marketing or Creator Marketing — based on your background and interests, and you’ll contribute real work to real campaigns from day one. This isn’t a coffee-and-copy internship. It’s a front-row seat to how a category-defining company builds its brand.

What You’ll Do

B2B Marketing Track:

  • Create and schedule social content targeted at brand partners, marketers, and agency decision-makers across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

  • Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and brand-side pain points to inform content strategy.

  • Draft copy for organic posts, campaign announcements, and thought leadership content that positions Panel as the go-to performance creator platform.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and compile weekly reporting on reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Creator Marketing Track:

  • Create and schedule social content aimed at creators — communicating Panel’s value, highlighting creator success stories, and driving platform awareness.

  • Engage with creator communities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X to build authentic brand presence.

  • Draft creator-facing content including educational posts, payout highlights, and campaign spotlights.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and compile weekly reporting on reach, engagement, and creator audience growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.

  • Genuine fluency in social media platforms — you follow creators, understand what performs, and have an opinion on why.

  • Strong writing skills: ability to produce clear, on-brand copy that matches a company’s voice and resonates with a specific audience.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and basic content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions).

  • Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple content deadlines independently in a remote environment.

  • Interest in the creator economy, digital advertising, or performance marketing is a strong plus.

  • Atlanta-based or able to work fully remote from the Atlanta area for the duration of the program.

Compensation

$30.00/hr
