You will:

  • Be the face of our company, reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to Panel.

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential customers while collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement outreach strategies.

  • Identify and prioritize accounts with strong signals of intent.

  • Execute thoughtful, targeted outbound across email, social, and other channels.

  • Qualify opportunities based on fit to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.

  • Set high-quality first conversations for Account Managers.

  • Provide clear context and notes to ensure clean handoffs.

  • Continuously refine messaging based on what actually converts into closed deals.

You have:

  • 1 year of experience in B2B prospecting, business development, or outbound sales or something you feel is equivalent.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly to marketing and growth leaders

  • Comfortability with rejection and iteration—knowing most outreach won’t land, and improving anyway

  • High judgment around what to pursue and what to walk away from

  • Motivation to be measured on outcomes, not activity

Experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate ecosystems is a strong plus—but not required.
