Panel builds performance-driven creator programs for its clients. Creators in our network promote client offers on a performance basis; no flat fees, no capped deals. CSM IV is the top of Panel's individual contributor track. At this level, you're not just managing a book — you're helping shape how the entire CSM team operates.
This role might be for you if:
You've built a career in performance-driven creator or talent management and you're ready to do it at the highest level
You want a comp structure where your floor reflects your track record and your ceiling is determined by your book
Mentorship isn't something you do on the side; it's part of how you operate
You will:
Manage one of Panel's highest-performing creator books with autonomy and precision
Formally mentor CSM I, II, and III colleagues with regular touchpoints and real accountability
Play a key role in onboarding new CSMs and helping them accelerate through their ramp
Serve as the first escalation point for complex deals, difficult creator situations, and team questions
Work with leadership to identify patterns, opportunities, and team needs
Set the standard for what great looks like at Panel
Hit individual profit goals while actively lifting the team's collective performance
What We're Looking For:
5–8 years in creator management, talent representation, or performance/affiliate marketing
Senior-level experience managing a large, high-value book of creator or talent relationships
Deep expertise in CPA, affiliate, and performance deal structures
Experience at a performance-first company or agency is required; candidates from flat-fee-only backgrounds will not be considered for this level
A demonstrated track record of mentoring and developing other people on your team
What You'll Earn
$6,000/month base
15% commission on all profit your creators generate
17% commission in months when the Creator Team hits its collective goal
Estimated OTE at steady state: $162,000 – $204,000+ (scales with book performance)
Tenure bonus at Year 5 (if not already received)

CSM IV is the next step for CSM III's who have completed 3 years at Panel, met eligibility requirements, and met their individual goals in 6+ of the last 12 months. Promotion eligibility is reviewed bi-yearly.
