The Role
Panel’s Summer 2026 Creator Recruitment Internship is an 8-week hybrid program (May 18 – July 11) for rising seniors who want to get inside the creator economy — not just observe it. You’ll work directly on the creator supply pipeline that powers Panel’s platform, identifying and recruiting creators who are the right fit for our brand partners’ campaigns. This role is designed as a direct pipeline to a full-time Creator Success Manager position: interns who complete the program and receive an offer will be positioned to step into that role. What You’ll Do
Source and evaluate creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcasting — identifying talent who align with Panel’s brand partner needs and performance criteria.
Execute outreach campaigns to prospective creators, communicating Panel’s value proposition clearly and driving platform sign-ups.
Manage a recruitment pipeline in Panel’s CRM, tracking outreach status, responses, and creator onboarding progress.
Collaborate with the Creator Success and Campaign teams to understand which creator profiles are performing and refine recruitment targeting accordingly.
Research emerging creator verticals, audience segments, and platform trends to surface new recruitment opportunities.
Contribute to the development of recruitment messaging, templates, and outreach sequences that can scale across the team.
Participate in weekly team syncs and deliver progress updates on recruitment pipeline metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem — you follow creators, understand what makes a channel grow, and can assess audience quality at a glance.
Clear, persuasive written communicator: comfortable writing outreach messages that feel personal, not templated.
Organized and process-minded — able to manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline without dropping follow-ups.
Comfortable working hybrid (2 days/week in-office) from Panel’s New York City office for the duration of the program.
Genuine interest in a full-time career in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator success.
Prior experience in creator outreach, talent coordination, or influencer marketing is a plus, but not required.

$30.00/hr | 8-Week Program
Interns who complete the program and receive an offer will be considered for a full-time Creator Success Manager role.
