You will:

• Own and grow a portfolio of active brand accounts after their first deal closes

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and trust

• Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities to increase spend, frequency, and scope

• Partner closely with Creator Operations, Paid Media, and internal teams to execute campaigns successfully

• Lead performance check-ins and strategic conversations focused on results and next steps

• Monitor account health, flag risks early, and proactively prevent churn

• Ensure clean execution and alignment between what was sold and what is delivered

• Turn early campaigns into long-term, repeatable creator programs

You have:

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, partnerships, or a related role

• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with growth, marketing, and partnership leaders

• A performance-oriented mindset with comfort discussing metrics like spend, efficiency, and outcomes

• High ownership and follow-through—you don’t let things quietly stall

• The ability to balance relationship-building with firm expectations and accountability

• Experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate, or media buying environments is a strong plus—but not required
