The Role

As Head of Creator Success, you'll own the growth of Panel's Creator Success team — hiring, training, and managing the CSMs who run point on every creator relationship. This is a foundational leadership hire as Panel scales its creator base and needs a team built to match.

What You'll Do

• Hire and onboard new Creator Success Managers as Panel's creator base scales

• Build and run the training program that gets new CSMs performing quickly

• Manage the day-to-day performance of the CSM team, from creator retention to activation speed

• Define the standards, workflows, and playbooks the CSM team operates against

• Coach CSMs one-on-one to develop them into top performers

• Partner with sales and brand teams to align CSM output with company-wide growth targets

• Report on team performance, retention, and creator growth metrics to leadership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in creator success, account management, or team leadership, ideally in the creator economy or performance marketing

• Proven experience hiring, training, and managing a team

• Track record of building processes and playbooks that scale

• Strong track record of developing individual contributors into strong performers

• Direct experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs

Compensation

$45,000 – $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience
