The Role

Talent agencies are a direct pipeline to the creators who power Panel’s platform — and this role owns that relationship. As our Strategic Partnerships lead for Talent Agencies, you’ll build the agency network that funnels high-quality, agent-represented creators into Panel campaigns and brand partnerships. You understand how agencies operate from the inside: how agents think, what motivates them to route clients toward opportunities, and how to structure arrangements that make Panel the obvious choice. This is a foundational role at a company scaling fast in a market it’s defining.

What You’ll Do

• Own relationships with talent agencies representing Panel-eligible creators

• Onboard agency-managed creators onto Panel and get them live on their first campaign

• Drive creator performance across an agency roster, coaching creators toward higher-converting content

• Partner with agencies to identify their top talent and prioritize the creators best suited to Panel's brand offers

• Manage payout questions, campaign approvals, and day-to-day agency communication

• Track roster performance and report on growth, retention, and revenue by agency

• Scale Panel's agency channel by turning strong relationships into repeatable referral pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in creator success, talent management, influencer marketing, or a related agency-facing role

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships and drive measurable performance across it

• Comfort operating as the go-between for agencies and creators, translating platform mechanics into simple guidance

• Experience with CRM or account management tools for tracking a book of business

• Ability to translate Panel’s performance-based model into a clear, compelling value proposition for agents and agency decision-makers.

• Direct experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or creator monetization platforms.

• 15% commission in months when the Creator Team hits its collective goal

• Estimated OTE at steady state: $54,000 – $66,000 (higher as your book grows)
