The Role

As a Video Editor, you’ll own the post-production pipeline for creator content and social media, turning raw footage into high-performing videos that brands and creators are proud to put their name on. Panel is scaling its creator content operations fast, and the quality, consistency, and speed of our video output is central to how we grow. This is the role that makes that content land.

What You’ll Do

• Edit creator-produced video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms — delivering polished, platform-optimized cuts from raw footage to final deliverable.

• Own Panel’s branded social media video output, maintaining a consistent editorial style across all content.

• Collaborate with the creator and brand teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling video executions that perform.

• Manage multiple concurrent editing projects across different brands and creators, hitting turnaround deadlines without sacrificing quality.

• Build reusable templates, intro/outro packages, and motion graphics that keep Panel’s content output efficient and on-brand at scale.

• Analyze content performance data alongside the marketing team to identify what’s working and sharpen the edit accordingly.

• Maintain the asset library — organizing, tagging, and managing finished files, raw footage, and motion templates for seamless team access.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience in creator content, digital media, or social-first video production.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut or DaVinci Resolve — you know when to use which tool and why.

• Demonstrated ability to edit for social platforms: you understand pacing, aspect ratios, caption standards, and what makes someone stop scrolling.

• Experience working with creator-produced or UGC footage — comfortable turning variable-quality raw material into polished, brand-ready deliverables.

• Proven ability to manage a multi-project workload independently: you communicate timelines clearly and flag blockers before they become problems.

• Familiarity with the creator economy — you understand how branded integrations work in YouTube and short-form content and can edit to those formats instinctively.

• Basic motion graphics experience (Adobe After Effects or equivalent) is a strong plus.
