Panel builds performance-driven creator programs for its clients. Creators in our network promote client offers on a performance basis; no flat fees, no capped deals. CSMs at Panel manage a book of creators and earn commission on the profit those creators generate. The more your book performs, the more you earn.
CSM II is for someone who's been in the creator or performance marketing space and is ready to do this work at a higher level. You know how deals work, you know how creators think, and you're ready to own a book and grow it.
This role might be for you if:
You've worked with creators or influencers and want to get closer to the performance side of the business
You're energized by a comp model where your commission isn't capped by the deal structure
You will:
Manage and grow a high-performing book of creators driving consistent monthly profit
Structure and close performance-based deals, leveraging your experience to optimize terms
Identify and pursue new creator relationships that expand your book's reach and category coverage
Hit individual monthly profit goals and contribute to the team's collective goal
Bring pattern recognition to your deals: what's working, what's not, and why
What We're Looking For:
1–2 years managing creator, influencer, or talent relationships — agency, in-house, or independent
Direct exposure to performance-based, CPA, or affiliate deal structures (not just flat-fee work)
A track record of independently managing a book of relationships and delivering results
Strong deal instincts — you understand how to structure an offer that converts
Self-motivated and metrics-driven; you track your own numbers
Natural communicator who builds trust with creators and keeps them accountable
What You'll Earn
$3,000/month base
12% commission on all profit your creators generate
15% commission in months when the Creator Team hits its collective goal
Estimated OTE at steady state: $108,000 – $126,000
Tenure bonuses at Years 2, 3, and 5
Defined promotion path to CSM III

CSM II is also the next step for CSM I's who have completed 1 year at Panel, met eligibility requirements, and met their individual goals in 6+ of the last 12 months. Promotion eligibility is reviewed bi-yearly.
