Panel builds performance-driven creator programs for its clients. Creators in our network promote client offers on a performance basis; no flat fees, no capped deals. CSMs at Panel manage a book of creators and earn commission on the profit those creators generate. The more your book performs, the more you earn.
CSMs manage a book of creators and earn commission on the profit those creators generate. At CSM III, you're a senior individual contributor and an active mentor to the team around you.

You will:
Own and scale a high-performing creator book with a strong track record of profit generation
Structure complex performance deals and handle elevated negotiations with confidence
Actively mentor CSM I and CSM II colleagues proactively
Help newer CSMs develop their creator books, improve their pitches, and close better deals
Contribute to team knowledge sharing: document what's working, flag what isn't
Serve as a point of escalation for tricky creator situations or deal structures
Consistently hit individual profit goals while contributing to collective team performance
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years in creator management, talent representation, or performance/affiliate marketing
Proven track record independently managing a book of high-value creator or talent relationships
Deep fluency in CPA, affiliate, or performance deal structures
Experience at a performance-first company or agency is required
A natural mentor — you make the people around you better without being asked
You operate with minimal oversight and maximum accountability
What You'll Earn
$3,000/month base
14% commission on all profit your creators generate
17% commission in months when the Creator Team hits its collective goal
Estimated OTE at steady state: $156,000 – $192,000
Tenure bonuses at Years 3 and 5 (if not already received)
Defined promotion path to CSM IV with clear eligibility criteria

CSM III is the next step for CSM II's who have completed 2 years at Panel, met eligibility requirements, and met their individual goals in 6+ of the last 12 months. Promotion eligibility is reviewed bi-yearly.
