You will:
Manage and grow a portfolio of creators participating in Panel programs
Onboard creators and set clear expectations around posting, performance, and timelines
Drive consistent creator output and increased posting frequency across campaigns
Match creators to brand opportunities based on performance, fit, and scale potential
Monitor creator performance and quickly address issues that impact delivery or results
Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to align creator output with brand goals
Communicate clearly and consistently with creators around deal terms, deadlines, and expectations
Help improve creator operations, workflows, and internal systems
Ensure accurate tracking and timely payouts in partnership with internal teams
You have:
1–3 years of experience in creator management, partnerships, affiliate, or a related role
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships at once
A performance-oriented mindset with comfort discussing results and expectations
High ownership and follow-through—you don’t wait for problems to solve themselves
Comfort holding creators accountable while maintaining positive relationships
Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or media operations is a strong plus—but not required
