The Role

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy, you’ll own the full lifecycle of brand partnerships — generating pipeline, closing new business, and growing accounts over time.

You’ll build and manage your own book of business, taking brands from first conversation through launch and into long-term revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and identify new brand partners

• Own deals from first touch to close and onboarding

• Manage brand relationships post-close

• Grow and scale accounts by increasing spend and performance

• Track pipeline and account performance

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in sales, partnerships, or account management

• Experience in digital ads, affiliate, or performance marketing is a plus

• Strong communicator with the ability to sell clearly and simply

• Relationship builder who can convert conversations into revenue

• Motivated by commission and performance

• Curious about the creator economy

• Organized and proactive

Compensation

$50,000 base salary + commission
On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$120,000+

Commission is based on profit generated across your book of business.
